Keto Bread

I’ve been on and off the Keto diet for a few weeks now. Of course, not being regimented, I gain a few, loose a few. I understand I’m suppose to be loosing alot. Maybe I should stick to it, but wrapping my head around eating all that fat? Sounds yummy, but not so healthy.

Anyway I decided to make some keto bread today and since Liv was here I recruited her helping hands.


So we begin


These are some of the ingredients I used. I used pinterest to find a keto friendly recipe that incorporated these products and then, of course, I improvised because I didn’t have coconut oil so I used olive oil. Did I just screw it up.

We added, we sifted, we stirred, we added the wet ingredients, we stirred more, we baked and voila’…

The “bread” isn’t bad and actually quite welcomed on this diet. Anything resembling bread is good. The texture is like a zucchini bread. Not sure texture would be like if I had used melted coconut oil. No sweetness, tho.

Both my daughter and my husband ate a few slices even though they didn’t have to. 😘

Definitely not good ole crusty Italian bread.😏
